Vylor files 8-K on credit facility borrowings

Vylor Inc. said it borrowed $1.578 billion under a five-year revolving credit facility and $1.5 billion under a 364-day revolving credit facility on Oct. 1, then used the proceeds to repay $3.078 billion under its PHI bilateral facility.
