Vylor files 8-K on asset acquisition, disposition

Vylor Inc. filed a Form 8-K with the SEC on Oct. 7 covering an asset acquisition or disposition related to its separation. The filing says the company issued 667,302,930 shares, paid about $761 million and assumed a portion of EIDP notes in connection with the transaction.
