Fitch rates Carlyle US CLO 2018-4 refinancing notes

Fitch assigned ratings and Rating Outlooks to Carlyle US CLO 2018-4, Ltd. refinancing notes and affirmed the class E-1-R notes with a Stable Outlook. The refinancing includes new ratings on the refinanced classes and extends the non-call period to October 2027.
