Northann discloses Li stake sale agreement

Northann said former Chief Executive Lin Li reached an agreement with a third-party investor for the sale of all company securities he beneficially owns. The filing says the transfer is pending completion of certain paperwork and that Li will no longer beneficially own any securities once it closes.
