Corteva files 8-K on director and officer changes

Corteva said several directors and officers resigned in connection with the separation, and the board appointed Luke Kissam as a director. The company also said Kissam, Jeff Rudolph, Brook Cunningham and Ralph Ford were previously appointed to executive roles effective at the separation time.
