Richelieu third-quarter sales rise 12.6%

Richelieu reported third-quarter sales of $562.0 million, up 12.6% from a year earlier, with EBITDA rising 14.8% to $65.5 million and net earnings up 22.4% to $29.2 million. The company said it completed two acquisitions in the quarter and five since the start of fiscal 2026.
