American Resources granted Nasdaq exception to file delinquent 10-Qs

Nasdaq granted additional exception through Nov. 16, 2026 for American Resources to regain compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(1 by filing delinquent Form 10-Qs for the quarters ended March 31 and June 30, 2026.
