Rivian files 8-K on $1 billion Volkswagen loan funding

Rivian said it funded the committed $1.0 billion, 10-year term loan facility from Volkswagen Group tied to its joint venture agreement. The company said the proceeds were distributed to Rivian and intended for general corporate purposes.
