Fitch affirms and withdraws Cable & Wireless ratings

Fitch affirmed Cable & Wireless Communications Limited's IDR at BB- and several related debt ratings, then withdrew all the ratings for commercial reasons. The outlook on the corporate ratings was positive at the time of withdrawal.
