Trasteel completes acquisition of remaining BBC Alloys stake

Trasteel said its subsidiary completed the purchase of the remaining 40% interest in BBC Alloys S.r.l. for about EUR 1.7 million, making BBC Alloys a wholly owned subsidiary. The company said BBC Alloys has been fully consolidated since June 2025 and the deal removes the non-controlling interest.
