BCB Bancorp names new directors, reorganizes legal leadership

BCB Bancorp appointed Steven E. Gallotta and Denny Kim to the boards of the company and its bank subsidiary. It also named Patricia M. Schaubeck executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary as part of a legal and C-suite reorganization.
