North Haven Net REIT files 8-K on share sales

North Haven Net REIT said in an 8-K that it sold 2,835,825 common shares for about $59.6 million in its continuous private offering on Oct. 1, 2026. The shares were sold at the most recently determined net asset value per share, plus applicable commissions and dealer manager fees.
