FatPipe files 8-K on loan repayment and termination

FatPipe said it used about $4.47 million of term loan proceeds on Oct. 1 to repay its Small Business Administration loan with Fortis Bank in full. The bank loan was terminated after repayment, according to the company’s Form 8-K.
