Dutch court bars Merck from selling injectable Keytruda in eight markets

A Dutch patent court ruled that Merck's injectable Keytruda infringes Halozyme's MDASE patent and barred sales across eight European markets. Merck said it disagrees with the ruling and is evaluating next steps.
