At 3:00 PM ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down with transportation and utilities showing gains; 30 INDUS at 51,220.02, 20 TRANSP at 19,580.40, 15 UTILS at 1,053.09, and 65 STOCKS at 15,996.81.
