Transition Opportunities Corp. terminates SMAC deal after missed outside date

Transition Opportunities Corp. said it terminated its share exchange agreement with SMAC Dev Pty Ltd after missing the Sept. 30, 2026 outside date, with no break fee. The CPC will seek to resume trading and pursue another qualifying transaction.
