Fitch assigns expected ratings to Ares LXXIV CLO reset

Fitch assigned expected ratings and stable outlooks to multiple classes of Ares LXXIV CLO Ltd.'s reset transaction. The transaction will finance a roughly $500 million portfolio of primarily first-lien senior secured leveraged middle-market loans.
