Arabian Gulf Oil to discuss Tobruk and Sarir refinery upgrades

Libya's Arabian Gulf Oil Company said it discussed with U.S. firm BlueVee Energy ways to develop the Tobruk and Sarir refineries as part of refinery-infrastructure upgrades and operating-efficiency efforts.
