EQT Exeter files 8-K on unregistered equity sales

EQT Exeter Real Estate Income Trust filed a Form 8-K reporting several unregistered equity issuances in September and October. The filing says the shares were sold through the company’s distribution reinvestment plan and private placements to independent directors and accredited investors.
