Tishman Speyer secures Chrysler Building ground lease, plans revamp

Tishman Speyer secured a 150-year ground lease for the Chrysler Building and plans a repositioning as a boutique office with amenities and phased prebuilt suites. The lease includes a $235 million investment and ground lease payments to The Cooper Union, with PSP Investments as lead among institutional investors.
