JLL Income Property Trust closes $68.5 million mortgage loan

JLL Income Property Trust said it closed a $68.5 million mortgage loan secured by Whitestown Distribution Center IV in the Indianapolis area. The loan has a seven-year term and a 5.54% interest rate.
