Incordex files 8-K on board appointment

Incordex Corp. said in an 8-K that its board appointed Chen Wang as a new director effective Sept. 29, 2026. The filing says Wang was not selected under any arrangement or understanding and disclosed no family relationship or Item 404 transaction requiring disclosure.
