Adani Energy Solutions acquires Satara Power Transmission from PFC arm
Power Finance Corporation’s arm, PFC Consulting, transferred project SPV Satara Power Transmission to Adani Energy Solutions on Oct. 6, after the latter was the successful bidder.
State-owned Power Finance Corporation said on Wednesday that its arm, PFC Consulting, transferred the project special purpose vehicle (SPV) Satara Power Transmission to Adani Energy Solutions on October 6 after the company emerged as the successful bidder. PFC Consulting acted as the coordinator for the bidding process.
