Ventura Offshore secures $280 million financing, calls bonds

Ventura Offshore Midco entered binding agreements for $280 million of financing from DNB Bank and said it has given notice to redeem all outstanding bonds under the bond terms. The company said the financing is expected to fund it until new Petrobras contracts begin in January 2027.
