VIP Play extends $450,000 convertible notes to 2027

VIP Play amended two convertible note purchase agreements to extend $450,000 of outstanding notes held by Rick Hackel and The Access Fund I, keeping a 12% annual interest rate while pushing maturities to 2027. The third amendments are dated Sept. 14, 2026 and effective Sept. 1, 2026.
