Pacific Coast Energy signs deal with PDVSA to redevelop Delta and Cabimas fields

California-based Pacific Coast Energy said it signed agreements with Venezuela’s PDVSA to redevelop the Delta and Cabimas fields, targeting output of 150,000 to 160,000 barrels per day.
