Mill Pond Capital’s Farb opposes H&R’s GO Residential deal

Daniel Farb said he intends to vote Mill Pond Capital’s 2.2 million H&R REIT units against the proposed transaction with GO Residential REIT at the November 13 special meeting. He argued the deal does not deliver fair value to H&R unitholders.
