Substrate AI receives €3.95M convertible bond funding

Subgen AI AB said its subsidiary Substrate AI received a third €3.95M contribution via convertible bonds from SETT (€1.95M), Loft SOF I (€1.0M) and 8 International (€1.0M), part of a €39.2M commitment convertible within three years. Total received to date is about €11.75M.
