Gartner survey finds 34% of U.S. consumers will use GenAI for gifts

Gartner said 34% of U.S. consumers are very or extremely willing to use GenAI-backed tools or chatbots for holiday gift recommendations. The survey also found traditional discovery and purchase channels remain dominant.
