Moët Hennessy, Analog Devices and UC Davis unveil wine AI project

Moët Hennessy, Analog Devices and UC Davis said they are working on a technology platform that uses AI to detect chemical signatures in grapes and wine. The group says its first demonstration identified samples at elevated risk of Fresh Mushroom Aroma earlier than conventional methods.
