Ultragenyx to sell priority review voucher for $210 million

Ultragenyx agreed to sell its Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher for $210 million in cash. After closing, 20% of gross proceeds will be paid to NIH under a separate license; the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
