CERo Therapeutics to sell operating subsidiary to SRX Global for $1M

CERo Therapeutics Holdings entered a stock purchase agreement to sell all shares of its operating subsidiary, CERo Therapeutics, to SRX Global, with consideration including $1.0 million in SRX common stock plus debt-relief and related obligation forgiveness.
