OpenWorld signs term sheet for up to $130 million transaction

OpenWorld said it entered a non-binding term sheet with BeyondAI for a proposed intellectual property-backed transaction of up to $130 million. The structure would use digital tokens representing investor rights to payments backed by eligible BeyondAI patents and software rights.
