Innventure faces securities class action investigation

Hagens Berman said it is investigating claims that Innventure and certain executives violated federal securities laws tied to statements about the DarkNX project and related revenue guidance. The firm cited the company’s August 2026 decision to remove DarkNX from its forecast and suspend revenue guidance.
