FuelCell Energy names Matthew Latino CFO, replacing Michael Bishop

Matthew Latino becomes executive vice president and CFO effective Oct. 7, 2026, replacing Michael S. Bishop, who steps down effective Oct. 6 and stays as senior advisor to the CEO through Apr. 6, 2027.
