FuelCell Energy names new chief financial officer

FuelCell Energy said Michael Bishop will transition out as chief financial officer and treasurer, and Matthew Latino will succeed him effective Oct. 7, 2026. Bishop will remain as a senior adviser through the company’s 2027 annual meeting.
