FuelCell files 8-K on executive disclosures

FuelCell said there are no arrangements or understandings tied to Mr. Latino’s selection as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. It also said he has no family relationships with directors or executive officers and no disclosable interest in related transactions.
