Aumovio CFO Jutta Dönges to exit; Claus Bauer becomes interim finance head

Jutta A. Dönges will step down from Aumovio’s executive board on Oct. 7, 2026, with departure set for Oct. 31. CEO Philipp von Hirschheydt will oversee the finance function until a permanent successor is appointed. Supervisory board member Claus Bauer will become interim head of finance by Nov. 1, 2026 and leave the audit committee.
