NeuroThera Labs reports ~16.8x GPU speedup for CliniQuantum benchmark

NeuroThera Labs said CliniQuantum achieved about 16.8x acceleration using an NVIDIA T4 GPU versus 64 vCPUs, reducing runtime to about 0.5 hours while matching benchmark results using real clinical data.
