Dalrada files 8-K on debt settlement

Dalrada Technology Group said it filed an 8-K disclosing a settlement with IBS that resolved claims in its filing. The company said the prior notices were withdrawn and the obligations were fully and finally resolved for a $20,000 settlement amount.
