Fair Isaac survey finds 5.2% of tech leaders confident explaining AI decisions

Fair Isaac said its 2026 State of Responsible AI survey of 1,004 senior technology, risk and data leaders found 71.5% of customer-impacting decisions are made without AI, while 5.2% are very confident explaining AI-driven decisions to regulators or customers.
