Primaris REIT sets new three-year performance targets

Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust said it is replacing its prior three-year growth targets with updated performance targets for fiscal 2027 through 2029. The trust targets include in-place occupancy of 96%, average annual FFO per unit growth of 4% to 8%, and average annual distribution growth of 4% to 8%.
