HilltopSecurities survey sees public finance tech adoption rise

HilltopSecurities said its third annual Public Finance Leaders Survey found accelerating technological change in public finance while traditional constraints persist. The survey said 50% of respondents use AI daily or weekly and labor/staffing and budget/pension were the top challenges for a third straight year.
