Primaris REIT sets updated three-year performance targets at investor day

Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust said it is hosting an investor day in Montreal and replacing prior three-year growth targets with updated targets for fiscal 2027 to 2029. The targets include in-place occupancy of 96%, average annual same-properties cash NOI growth of 3% to 5%, and average annual FFO per unit growth of 4% to 8%.
