NICE enhances AOK PLUS collaboration with new CX AI platform

NICE has expanded its collaboration with German health insurer AOK PLUS by integrating Cognigy AI agents with the CXone platform, targeting over 5 million annual member interactions. The deployment, executed with partner CCT Solutions, ensures data-sovereignty requirements are met by running CXone in NICE’s EU Sovereign Cloud.
