Seaport Therapeutics starts Phase 2a trial of GlyphAgo for anxiety and sleep disorder

Seaport Therapeutics has begun dosing patients in a Phase 2a trial of its experimental drug GlyphAgo, aimed at treating generalized anxiety disorder and sleep disturbance. Topline results are anticipated in early 2028.
