Arvinas (ARVN) reported improvements in an objective measure of impaired eye movement associated with Parkinson's disease, with a correlation between reductions in LRRK2 cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers and changes in oculomotor and synaptic biomarkers from its Phase 1 clinical trial of ARV-102.
