UMS Integration Limited receives Bursa Securities approval for share placement

UMS Integration Limited announced that Bursa Securities has approved the listing and quotation of up to 52,941,100 new ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.96% of the company's total issued shares, to be issued pursuant to a proposed placement.
