RPX Gold Extends High-Grade Gold Mineralization Zone at Wawa Project

RPX Gold announced assay results from 12 drill holes totaling 2,051 metres at its Wawa Gold Project in Ontario. The company reported extensions of high-grade gold mineralization, including an intersection of 25.50 g/t gold over 4.26 metres, including 135.00 g/t gold over 0.71 metres.

71 metres RPX Gold Inc. (“RPX Gold” or the “Company”) (TSXV: RPX) (OTCQB: RDEXF) is pleased to announce the extension of the high-grade gold mineralization zone, within the open pit area identified in the 2026 Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”), with the release of gold (“Au”) assay results from 12 drill holes totalling 2,051 metres (“m”) from its 2026 ongoing drill program at the Wawa Gold Project in Ontario. The Company continues to advance the 20,000 m drilling program planned to support prefeasibility study (“PFS”) work and expects to complete the drilling program by end of October.

The results will be included in an updated mineral resource estimate (“MRE”) that will support a PFS, targeted for completion in H1 2027. This press release features multimedia. 89 m in SD-26-702A “Today’s results, together with previously reported high-grade results in the South Pit area, continues to extend high-grade gold mineralization within the 2026 Preliminary Economic Assessment (“2026 PEA”) pit design,” commented Michael Michaud, President and CEO of RPX Gold. “These high-grade zones exist throughout the Wawa Gold project and will be important inclusions during the initial development of the open pits.

Stockpiling these high-grade zones will allow us to optimize the grade of feed during the development of the open pits, which we plan will eventually be delivered to a toll mill. The ongoing drilling, designed to collect data for inclusion in the PFS, will be completed near the end of October. We intend to use these results to update the MRE to assess various mining and processing scenarios as part of the PFS. “Once the PFS-related drilling is completed, we plan to resume exploration drilling of several exciting targets both north and south of the Jubilee deposit.

” 2026 Drilling Program The ongoing 2026 20,000-m drilling program aims to: Complete the conversion of inferred mineral resources to indicated mineral resources in areas associated with the PEA mine plan (see news release dated February 18, 2026); Acquire additional data for grade validation, as well as metallurgical and geotechnical purposes in key areas of the underground mine plan, including the 65 area, identified in the PEA; Conduct initial follow-up drill testing of several exploration targets identified by previous drilling in areas outside of the current mineral resource: Test for high-grade gold mineralization in drilling gaps within the 2026 PEA open pits; and Test the gap area between the North and South pits, previously lacking sufficient drilling to model near-surface resources.

Approximately two-thirds of the drilling meterage planned for the PFS has been completed. The latest drilling has intersected additional high-grade gold mineralization within the South Pit outlined in the PEA, while also identifying additional mineralization in the gap between the South and North pits, as well as confirming gold mineralization within underground areas outlined in the PEA (Figure 1 and Table 1). 0 m of internal dilution with no capping applied and are reported over core lengths. True widths are estimated to vary between 50 to 95% of the reported core length in the Jubilee Shear.

0 Completed Quality Assurance/Quality Control ("QA/QC") Measures Individual drill core samples are labelled and sawn in half along a pre-marked cutting line. A consistent half-core sample is then placed in an individual numbered plastic sample bag that is sealed. The remaining half-core samples are kept at the Company’s core storage facility located on the Wawa Gold project. Quarter-core duplicates are taken from certain samples to define the variability of gold distribution.

Groups of samples are then placed into durable rice bags sealed with security seals to be transported by commercial carrier for analysis at Activation Laboratories Ltd. (Actlabs), Ancaster, Ontario. NQ core assays are obtained by 50-gram fire-assay with a AA finish or by 1-kilogram metallic screen fire assay. 25 g/t Au.

The residual coarse reject portions of the samples remain in storage for a minimum 90-day period if further work or verification is needed. As part of its QA/QC program, RPX Gold inserts external gold standards (low- to high-grade) and blanks every 20 samples and routinely inserts blanks immediately after samples with visible gold. Quarter core duplicates are routinely inserted to evaluate the natural variability of gold mineralization. Assay certificates are sent to at least three members of the senior management team, and they are directly accessible from the WebLIMS portal of Actlabs.

Approximately 5% of the pulps and coarse rejects analyzed at Actlabs are sent to Agat Laboratories in Thunder Bay for umpire testing. , Vice President, Exploration at RPX Gold, and a Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in this press release. , Alamos Gold Inc. and Hemlo Mining Corp. The Wawa Gold Project benefits from strong local infrastructure and excess regional mill capacity. The Company is evaluating open-pit operations designed to generate early cash flow to help fund the advancement of the underground operation.

This phased approach is aimed at de-risking development, accelerating the time to revenue and minimizing shareholder dilution. The approach is subject to the completion of a number of milestones before a production decision can be made, such as continued drilling and mineral resource definition, conducting additional metallurgical test work, completing a prefeasibility study, continuing baseline studies as well as additional permitting and Indigenous consultations, among other factors. The Wawa Gold Project currently hosts mineral resources from two mineral deposits, namely the Jubilee Shear and the Minto Mine.

59 g/t Au containing 509,000 ounces Au, with both open-pit and underground mining potential. Gold mineralization extends to surface on a historic mining property, which supports the Company’s phased development strategy.
