Landmarks Berhad: proposed acquisition of 5.10% stake in Mendol Investments for RM4.48 million

Landmarks Berhad's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Tiara Gateway Pte Ltd, will acquire a 5.10% equity interest in Mendol Investments Pte Ltd for RM4.48 million. The consideration will be satisfied through the issuance of new ordinary shares in Landmarks.
